🌙 3:00 AM – Midnight Nursing

My one-year-old wakes up for milk.

1歳の息子が夜中に起きて授乳です。

This is part of life in Japan with kids — quiet, sleepy, but precious.

子どもとの日本での生活。眠いけど、大切な時間です。

☀️ 5:00 AM – My Day Begins

The house is silent. This is my only calm moment.

家の中はまだ静か。唯一の落ち着いた時間です。

🎒 5:15 AM – Kindergarten Preparation

In Japan, kindergarten requires preparation every day.

日本の幼稚園は毎日の準備が必要です。

Gym clothes, chopsticks set for school lunch, barley tea bottle…

体操服、給食用のお箸セット、麦茶の水筒など。

This is a normal part of parenting in Japan.

これも日本の子育ての日常です。

🍱 5:30 AM – Making Bento

I prepare lunch for my husband and myself.

夫と自分のお弁当を作ります。

Simple Japanese home-style cooking — leftovers or quick stir-fry.

前日の残りや簡単な炒め物。日本の家庭料理です。

👶 6:00 AM – Wake the Kids

The peaceful house becomes lively.

静かな家が一気ににぎやかになります。

🍡 6:15 AM – Japanese Breakfast

Recently, kinako mochi is popular in our home.

最近はきなこ餅が人気。

My toddler eats rice balls and banana with kinako.

1歳の子はおにぎりとバナナきなこ。

This is a small example of everyday Japanese food culture.

これも日本の食文化の一部です。

🏫 8:30 AM – Kindergarten Drop-off

My daughter often cries and doesn’t want to go.

長女はなかなか行きたがらず、泣いてしまいます。

This emotional moment is also real Japanese motherhood.

これもリアルな日本の母親の日常です。

Motherhood is universal, but every country has its own rhythm.

母親であることは世界共通。でも国によってリズムは違います。

🏪 9:00 AM – My Part-Time Job

I work part-time at a Japanese souvenir shop.

日本のお土産屋さんでパートをしています。

I measure and pack traditional sweets.

和菓子などを計量してパッキングします。

Many Japanese moms balance work and family like this.

多くの日本のママが、仕事と家庭を両立しています。

🥪 12:00 PM – Lunch Time

I eat the bento I made myself.

It’s usually a simple homemade lunch, but it makes me happy.

🚗 3:30 PM – Finish Work & Pick Up My Kids

After finishing work, I go to pick up my kids.

They’re always hungry, so I bring some small snacks for them.

🛁 5:00 PM – Japanese Bath Culture

In Japan, the bathtub fills automatically with one button.

日本ではボタンひとつでお風呂がたまります。

When it’s ready, music plays.

溜まると音楽が流れます。

When we hear the sound, everyone gathers.

その音が鳴ると、みんな集合。

Bath time is an important part of Japanese family life.

お風呂は日本の家庭生活で大切な時間です。

🍽 7:00 PM – Dinner Time

My kids are starving by dinner time, so I feed them first.

Since one of them still can’t eat alone, my own dinner has to wait.

I usually end up eating cold leftovers… haha.

💤 8:00 PM – Bedtime

 

I put my kids to bed around this time.

If they’re exhausted from their lessons or activities, they sometimes fall asleep even earlier.

💻 8:15 PM – Building My Dream (OHJ)

After the kids sleep, I work on OHJ (Online Homestay Japan).

子ども達が寝た後、OHJの活動をします。

Writing blog posts.

Promoting my chat service.

Thinking about how to connect Japan and the world.

ブログを書き、チャットを宣伝し、

どうやったら日本と世界を繋げられるか考えます。

This is my small dream growing step by step.

小さな夢を少しずつ育てています。
