Let’s get started!

About diapers:

In this demo, the baby is wearing a diaper, but it’s totally fine to do it with your baby naked too!

We recommend putting a waterproof sheet under your baby just in case.

Step 1: Start by talking to your baby

Gently talk to them like:

“Let’s do some massage, okay?”

Check your baby’s mood and how they’re feeling before starting.

🌿 About the Oil

You can do the massage without oil, but using oil helps you connect more with your baby.

If you’re using a new product, be sure to do a patch test:

Put a small amount on the inner thigh and wait 5–10 minutes.

If there’s no reaction, you’re good to go!

① Leg Massage

Take some oil in your hands and warm it between your palms.

Place your hands on the top of your baby’s thigh.

Gently twist and stroke from the thigh down to the toes.

This helps improve lymphatic flow in the legs.

Talk to your baby or sing while massaging—enjoy this bonding time together!

After about 3 minutes, your baby’s legs should feel warm.

Then do the same on the other leg.

Warm up your hands again before you start the second side.

② Chest Opening Massage

Place both hands in a V-shape on your baby’s belly.

Gently move upward toward the shoulders.

Then sweep outwards along the arms.

Passing through the center of the chest (the sternum) is said to help support immunity.

(Be careful not to press too hard.)

③ Back Massage (okay while sitting!)

Start from the lower back.

Use the side of your hands and gently stroke upward along the spine.

If your baby is sitting, one hand is fine!

This helps relax the back muscles.

Improving circulation through massage may also help with better digestion and sleep!

Give it a try and see how your baby responds🩵
