Welcome to “Online Homestay: Japanese Mama”! 🇯🇵🏡✨
Hi everyone! This is my very first post, so let me introduce myself!
My English skills were at a daily conversation level about five years ago, but since I haven’t been using English much recently, I’ve gotten a bit rusty. 😅
So, why did I start this blog? Well, it all comes from my past experiences and my desire to connect with people from around the world!
I’m 29 years old and used to work at an airport before having my first child. My workplace was full of international customers and colleagues, which made every day exciting and stimulating. It was a perfect environment for me! But after giving birth, I left my job and started working part-time. That’s when I realized just how much I missed that global connection.
That’s why I created this blog—to share the beauty of Japan with people from all over the world, just like I would in a real homestay experience!
Here’s a quick look at my journey so far:
✔ After high school, I studied international hospitality at a vocational school.
✔ At 20, I spent a year studying abroad in Australia. 🇦🇺
✔ After returning to Japan, I worked in sales but quit after six months due to severe burnout.
✔ Three months later, I started working at an airport and stayed there for five years.
✔ Got married, had my first child, and left my job.
✔ Tried working in fashion retail and farming.
✔ Now, I’m busy raising my second child!
Through this blog, I hope to bring you the real Japan—its culture, daily life, and little moments that make it special. Think of me as your “Japanese Mama”! 💕
I know my English isn’t perfect, and I’ll probably make a lot of mistakes, but I’d be so happy if you could join me on this journey with an open heart!
At the end of a long day, just drop by, relax, and enjoy a little taste of Japan with me. 🏡✨

It’s starting online homestay “日本のまま”.
初投稿！まずは自己紹介をします！
英語力は5年前で日常会話レベルです。現在はほとんど英語に触れていない為、もう少し衰えています。
今回、このブログを始めたきっかけは過去の経験から海外の方たちとつながりたいと思ったからです。
現在、29歳になる私は、出産するまで空港で働いていました。そこでは、お客様はもちろん、働く仲間も他国籍でした。
その環境がいかに刺激的で、なにより私に合っていたかは、出産を機に辞め、パートをし始めたときに気づきました。細かい話は今後していきます！
海外の方と関わりながら、大好きな日本のすばらしさを伝えていきたいと思い、このブログを始めました。
高校卒業後、国際的なホスピタリティを学ぶ専門学校へ通い、
20歳でオーストラリアへ1年間留学。
その後日本の営業職に就職。半年ほどで、鬱になり退職。
3か月後、空港で働き始める。5年勤めた頃に結婚、出産、退職。
アパレルや、農業のパートをトライ。
現在、2人目の子の子育てに奮闘中。
と簡単なプロフィールでしたが、ここではまるで日本にホームステイしているような感覚になるような、リアルな日本の文化や生活をお届けします。
つたない英語力で、ミスも多くあるかと思いますが、あたたかい目で見守っていただけると幸いです。これから、楽しい投稿をしていきます！日本が好きな皆さん！私を日本の母だと思って、１日の終わりはリラックスタイムにふらっとここに帰ってきてください！
