A Hidden Gem in Naritasan: Miyoshiya

sponsored link

Today, I’d like to introduce a hidden sweet shop in Naritasan, a place popular among international visitors!

Naritasan is just 20 minutes from Narita Airport by bus or train. From Narita Station, you can take a leisurely stroll along Naritasan Omotesando, a charming street filled with shops and restaurants.

But today, I’ll introduce Miyoshiya, a hidden café with an amazing atmosphere.

🌿 Miyoshiya – A Refreshing Retreat

This traditional sweet shop is surrounded by lush greenery, and a small stream flows through the premises, creating a cool and peaceful ambiance.

Here’s what’s on the menu!

🍓 Strawberry Shaved Ice (¥650)

A refreshing summer treat, made with real strawberries!

🍡 Warabi Mochi (¥800)

Soft, chewy, and coated with delicious kinako (roasted soybean flour).

🍵 Tokoroten (¥700)

A unique jelly-like noodle dessert made from agar and served with vinegar or brown sugar syrup.

As a bonus, we were served complimentary hojicha (roasted green tea) refills and senbei (rice crackers)!

A Perfect Rest Spot on Naritasan Omotesando

Since Naritasan Omotesando is a long street, this café is a great place to take a break.

📍 Location: Right next to an unagi (eel) restaurant! But be careful—the entrance is quite narrow, so you might walk past it.

Speaking of Naritasan and unagi, I’ll be introducing a famous eel restaurant soon! Stay tuned!

Miyoshiya
