3/12 種芋を畑に植える（農家）
Farmers planted seed potatoes on March 12th.
6/8 機械で一気に収穫！
On June 8th, harvesting begins using machines!
じゃがいもが機械で跳ねるように掘り起こされる様子は迫力満点！
It’s impressive to watch the potatoes being dug up and bounced around by the machines!
その後、サイズ・傷・色で仕分けし、袋詰めして出荷準備をします。
They are sorted by size, damage, and color before being packed.
日光を避けて保管しないと、じゃがいもが緑色に変色してしまいます。
To prevent greening, they must be stored in a dark place.
私たちの食卓に届くまで、たくさんの人の努力が詰まっています。
So much care goes into getting potatoes from farm to table.
食材には、感謝の気持ちを忘れずに。
