Today,

What to prepare
・Shiratama flour
・Silken tofu
・Red, green and yellow food coloring
・soybean flour
・Black honey
As always, the quantities are appropriate! This is a measurement by eye!
Recipe
①Put the white bean flour in a bowl (this time, about 90g, half of a bag)
②Add 1/3 of the silken tofu.
③Knead the mixture until it is no longer coarse.
Knead until the tofu is about the consistency of an earlobe!
(If it is too soft, add more white bean flour. (If it is too hard, add more water or tofu.)
④Divide the dough into 4 parts for coloring.
⑤ Mix in the color rouge for each of them. Be careful not to add too much.
⑥Put the dumplings in boiling water in the desired shape.
⑦When they float on the surface of the water, it is a signal to lift them up. Put them in ice water.
⑧Wipe off the water with kitchen paper and transfer to a bowl.
⑨Sprinkle soybean flour and molasses over the dumplings to complete the dish!

今日は、こねるだけ!子どもと作る白玉だんご!
子どもは夏休みに入り、外は熱中症アラートが出るほど暑くて遊べないので、そんな日の過ごし方のアイディアを紹介します!
用意するもの
・白玉粉
・絹豆腐
・食紅(赤、緑、黄)
・きな粉
・黒みつ
※いつものことながら、分量は適当!目分量です!
①ボウルに白玉粉を入れる(今回は1袋の半分90gくらい)
②絹豆腐を3分の1丁加える
③白玉粉のざらざらがなくなるまで、こねる。
※耳たぶくらいの硬さになるまで!
(柔らかかったら、白玉粉を足す。硬かったら、水か、豆腐を足す。)
④色をつけるので、4つに分ける
⑤それぞれ色紅を混ぜ込む。※多すぎ注意
⑥沸騰させたお湯の中に、好きな形にしただんごを入れる
⑦水面に浮かんできたら、あげていい合図。氷水に入れる
⑧キッチンペーパーで水気を拭き取り、器に移す
⑨きな粉と黒蜜をかけて、完成!

豆腐を使っているので、とてもヘルシーで美味しいお菓子ができます!
