納豆です!私はひきわり派なんです!
私の好みですが、ひきわり納豆にお酢を入れて食べます!
入れると、より泡立ちが良くなりふんわり食べられるます。
あとは、前夜の残りのスープとヨーグルトです。
海外の方は、匂いや食感が苦手だという人が多いかもしれませんが、
日本では手軽で、健康的であるため、昔から朝ごはんの定番になっています。
