Good morning.
Today, I would like to briefly introduce my breakfast, which was the most popular breakfast in Japan.
Do you know about Natto?
I think many people outside of Japan don’t like natto. Honestly, I’m not a huge fan of it either. However, there are different types of Natto in Japan, including one called “hikiwari Natto”, which is made with finely chopped soybeans.
Since I’m not fond of large-bean Natto, I always choose Hikiwari Natto. I think it’s much easier to eat compared to the large-bean variety!
Natto rice.
I like to add vinegar to ground natto!
It makes it more frothy and fluffy.
The rest is leftover soup and yogurt from the night before.
Many people overseas may not like the smell or texture,
In Japan, it has long been a staple of breakfast because it is easy and healthy.

今日は、日本といえばの朝ごはんだったので簡単に紹介します。
納豆ご飯です。
納豆パックを開けると、出汁醤油と、からしが入っています。
私の好みですが、ひきわり納豆にお酢を入れて食べます!
入れると、より泡立ちが良くなりふんわり食べられるます。
あとは、前夜の残りのスープとヨーグルトです。
海外の方は、匂いや食感が苦手だという人が多いかもしれませんが、
日本では手軽で、健康的であるため、昔から朝ごはんの定番になっています。
