Natto is a fermented soybean dish that has been a staple in Japan for centuries. It’s known for its sticky texture, strong smell, and rich umami flavor.

👉 Pro tip: I personally love using hikiwari natto (finely chopped natto) and adding a little vinegar! 🍶 It makes the natto extra foamy and light, making it even more delicious! 😋

私の好みですが、ひきわり納豆にお酢を入れて食べます！

入れると、より泡立ちが良くなりふんわり食べられるます。

あとは、前夜の残りのスープとヨーグルトです。

海外の方は、匂いや食感が苦手だという人が多いかもしれませんが、

日本では手軽で、健康的であるため、昔から朝ごはんの定番になっています。
